OSF OnCall Urgent Care

The wait was less than 10 minutes. The electronic questionnaire was filled reducing the time spent with the provider. The nurse and the provider discussed my concerns with me. Examination was done with care. I felt heard and cared for. Loved the demeanor of the nurse and provider. Everyone was very nice and professional. Not my first time there. Last time was the same. Please continue to provide this valuable service to people who can get definitive care without having to go to the hospital emergency rooms and spend hours waiting to be treated or seen.

The entire visit and staff were great. I love CPA Nora Murphy, she is great, very kind and shows her concern to patients. I been seen by her a couple of times before,I highly recommend OSF OnCall Urgent Care.

I am extremely disappointed with the care I received at the OSF Evergreen Park location during my visit with Tara Martin on 11/28/25. What should have been a straightforward medical visit resulted in my condition worsening overnight due to a lack of basic clinical attention, dismissive communication, and zero follow-through. I came in specifically to get a new prescription for medicated eye drops because the ones I had been using at home had run out. I gave a full and detailed history: waking up with my eyes sealed shut, researching the drops I had at home and confirming they were commonly used for conjunctivitis, disinfecting the applicator with alcohol before every use, and even using allergy drops to manage the swelling. I came in as a walk in. I was feeling really sick. My vision was blurry, my head hurt and they still gave me a tablet with questions to answer. The customer service was awful. The only person who helped me was a beautiful lady named Rhonda. So after waiting 35-40 minutes I was called into a room where they asked the same questions that was asked on the tablet 🤔 and took my vitals and said the PA will be with me shortly. 45mins later this woman with a jamacian accent came in the room still chewing on her lunch she was just eating in the next room while I sat there waiting feeling soo sick. She did not help me at all she was dismissive. She didn't listen to me when I told her how I was feeling and she offered some cough syrup. DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME HERE.
