Pediatric Associates Urgent Care

I hate to have to write this review because my almost 12 year old has been a patient of Dr.Arora since she was 6 weeks old. Dr.Arora truly is an amazing doctor and he has picked some good nurse practitioner as part of his team. However there seems to be some sort of flaw in their process. 1. You will never get an answer the first time you call. 2. Since the clinic turned into an “ugent care” I have not once been able to get my child a sick visit. A couple months ago one of the nurse practitioners Aimee sent my child to an ENT at the university due to an enlarge lymph node in her throat. Today I called to ask for a sick visit and I was not asked what the appointment was needed for. I was just told they were booked at evergreen and orland for the day. The nurses and doctor was absolutely incredible with my son Lucas. I've told every mom I know how amazing they were and now they all want to go there! I'll never go anywhere else! They go above and beyond their calling for sure!

I love Pediatric Associates! The young ladies at the front desk are always so kind and friendly! Every doctor and nurse I’ve met has been so helpful, I trust my children implicitly in their care! It’s always clean and sometimes they even have free samples of baby products to try out like CeraVe products and different formulas! It’s amazing! In times where it seems there is a shortage on so many things there is a n abundance of care and knowledge here

We see Dr.’s Kelly, Jamie, and Amy, and I could not get a better experience if we tried. They take babies so seriously, and my son is always treated the day I call as well. I highly recommend coming here and you can ask to see one of these amazing doctors. They have compassion, experience, empathy, and expertise. Please take your child here with them; you will never regret it:

I have been bringing my kids there since 2012. Dr Arora is wonderful the other doctors and nurse practitioners are a revolving door though. So if you find one you like when they leave you are not told until you show up for your next visit and they are nolonger there. Because of the practices policies they are not allowed to tell any patients because you are Pediatric associates patient not theirs. So if your child has a lot of needs it is best to schedule all of your appointments with Dr. Arora himself or be prepared to tell your child's medical history every visit.
