Service was fine. Billing wasn’t the best. Billing confusion sent a $90 dollar payment to collections. When it came to my attention I paid the bill but it was never rectified on their end and my family and I are still getting calls from collections over a year later.

Edit, they said I was never a patient. I’ve been married since having my procedure done, that’s how long it’s been since I was in, and am just now receiving a bill. But if you’re records show I was never a patient I’ll gladly forget this bill.. 🙄 Wow, goes to show, READ REVIEWS beforehand. After going through some of these it’s clear I am not the only one. I had a few things that needed to be removed, per my primary drs orders. I got all my correct paperwork from my doctors, and I double checked with SkinWins office that they accepted my referral/insurance. I was assured multiple times that it was and I was all set. My experience here was extremely disappointing this time. I came in for steroid injections for a severe hidradenitis suppurativa flare in my neck — a procedure that is incredibly painful. Instead of showing any compassion or concern, he gave me the shot, muttered “sorry… hope you have a Merry Christmas,” and immediately walked out. That was it. I was left crying in the room, in even worse pain, with zero support or reassurance. The last provider I saw back in July I saw here treated me with actual care, which makes this treatment even more unacceptable. No patient should be dismissed like that, especially during a painful procedure. The lack of empathy was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I went here for my foster child because they said they accepted montana medicaid. After two years and several visits an invoice appeared in my mailbox. Not a single bill ever until 2 years later. After they sent it to collections I called them and asked them why I had this bill after all this time when medicaid should have been covering the costs. The rude guy that answered the phone insisted they do not accept medicaid. I asked him why it took two years to figure that out. He didn't have an answer. I found the money to pay the bill because I didn't want to trash my credit score. I hope you all do your homework with these people. My kid is now scratching and bleeding again because I have to find another specialist who can prescribe the dupixent that once had his skin flawless and void of
