I have gone to this pharmacy for the past couple of years , only problem I ever had was they refused to run both my insurance and my secondary insurance which is Medicaid. I always have to ask for it to be re ran every time, up until I only had Medicaid for several months. As of may 1st I got a new primary insurance the last time or time before I picked up my medications I gave the lady my new blue cross insurance information so somehow the put it as a secondary insurance for me. When I picked up my medications today I was informed my Insurance did not cover one of my medications because it was not under a Medicaid provider so I asked why it wasn’t ran under my primary blue cross. I have always liked this Pharmacy I see a bunch of negative reviews. I can only assume the complications of billing and paperwork along with medication details frustrates some people and I’m sure they do their best to help with this. I give them five stars.

I have been going to this place since January. If I could give this place no stars I would. They are always rude to me. At first I was like ok people have a bad day but time and time again I get the most rude service. They don’t want to be bothered and it shows. The last straw was when I was trying to get one of my meds. The pharmacist gave me such a hard time. She made me feel bad for wanting a refill on a medication that I actually need. I was like are you kidding me?!? Don’t waste your time here. They don’t care about you or your money.

Still no smiles at this pharmacy, you get the impression that you are bothering these people working at this pharmacy. And when you get a new medication sometimes you get a sheet telling you about it but Never Ever do they ask the question other pharmacy’s ask which is “ so you have any questions for the pharmacist on your medication “ Hell, at least at a Walgreens or CVS I get a smile and explanation of what medicine I’m being given. Not to mention all other pharmacies have an automated answering service , these guys nope the phone just rings… I feel bad for the owner because she is nice and helpful you have maybe 4 people who are helpful and treat the customer with respect. It should be more then 4….
