Gets a two because the Main Street location is good. Love talking to the staff and they take great care of us. Now the urgent care/ walk in clinic. I would give -10. I’m absolutely done with McKenzie health. After years of using them. Watford and Williston. Urgent care at both locations never fails to be the absolute worst at what they do. From mannerisms, taking a whole appt time to check a patient in, playing 52 questions, to just not even remotely giving the correct information. I’ll give 3 recent examples of Williston. -1. I was sick. Left my kids at home. Walked in. Waited 45- an hour to be checked in. 20 mins to check in. I mean to the point by the time your checked in the nurse is able to get you. She does not stop what she’s doing. Fully checks a person in. Then between the check

Usually don’t mind this place but I received a bill insurance paid for 600 dollars just to go in and them tell me to just take pain medicine over the counter and then I told them that insurance is supposed to pay it and according to my insurance, they would pay it because there’s no reason a bill should even be that high for something so little and then I didn’t hear anything for about 6 months and all the sudden I have another bill and a collections agency bill. This is bullshit I will not be going here ever again if this is how they communicate. Nor will I be paying the bill. As it is paid for but they keep trying to send to a collection agency.

We walked in an hour before closing and were turned away due to a full schedule of ONE provider. We were there to verify a uti of a 6 year old and have an ear looked at of an adult. The definition of urgent care is: An urgent care clinic is a walk-in medical facility that provides immediate, non-emergency care for illnesses and injuries that require attention within 24 hours but are not severe enough to warrant a visit to the emergency room. So tell me how the schedule is full if you are labeled an urgent care facility and are the ONLY one open on the weekends in this area. Definitely a misnomer.

We took our very sick 13 month old in on Saturday. We had exceptional care starting with the woman checking us in, followed by the great nurses and people in back, and even the xray technician showed great compassion! Everyone took the time to say caring things to our son and to us parents. They were thorough in finding out what was wrong with him and giving us ideas on what to try at home on top of the medicine prescribed. Thank you for going above and beyond, we will definitely be back!
