Skin Laundry - Upper East Side

This was my first laser experience, ever. I was immediately welcomed and made to feel as comfortable as possible. The most hospitable, kind, warm and gentle team; Everyone explained in great detail what I was having done and took the time to hear and address all of my questions and concerns. They shared their personal recommendations and experiences with me as well, which made me feel like they weren't trying to just make a sale, but they're after my best interest. The laser process itself was painless! In fact, it tickled for me. I felt extremely comfortable, safe and calm with the esthetician, who was sure to talk me through everything she did. 1000/10, I HIGHLY recommend and look forward to my next appointment.

I've been told to be patient about my treatments which is the laser and the peel but unfortunately as people we have come to expect instant gratification and results so I may return to my basic spa but otherwise the staff are very friendly.

I struggle with rosacea. I come here for laser treatment and rejuvenator peel that isn’t offered in many places around NYC! I’m on my 5th month and the results are amazing. All thanks to Diana - most professional hands you can ask for. She has all my trust! <3

I have been a member with Skin Laundry since August and I could not have happier with my results. As someone who struggled with hyperpigmentation, acne along with acne spots and black heads. Skin Laundry put their best foot toward to help me with my skin. The laser hair removal treatments are fantastic as well as the signature facials. My nurse Ashley demonstrated such great professionalism throughout my sessions which has made me more confident and comfortable during my appointments. Overall, super happy with my results!!
