A salon that charges $275 for a facial that takes 15 minutes should provide the highest level of service possible. I am someone who invests a lot in my skin — Botox, PDO threads, bio revitalization, and other treatments — so I understand professional standards and quality care. There is a big trend around laser treatments right now, which is why I decided to give this place a chance. I booked the first-time promotional offer for $50 to try the treatment and see if it was worth returning and paying full price in the future. Unfortunately, the experience felt very unprofessional. My face was not properly cleansed — using just a wet wipe is not acceptable for a professional treatment, and a client should not have to do that themselves. I was in a pretty desperate place with my skin (acne and hyperpigmentation). I had already done accutane and didn’t want to go through that again. Skin laundry has saved my skin. Not only is it clearing up my acne and hyperpigmentation, but the staff here is super helpful and kind. The manager, Nia, is incredible, and all of the people I’ve had work on my skin here are gentle and caring. Highly recommend!

If you’re considering trying Skin Laundry, DO IT. I just had my third laser facial (prepping for my wedding!) and I’ve had such a nice experience every time. The staff are so warm, answer all my questions, and the results speak for themselves. You will leave glowing!!

I have a great experience at Skin Laundry with Max and Yasmin. They explained me everything super carefully. I felt safe and I ended up doing two different treatments instead of just one how it was planned. Can’t wait for my next visit!

My experience was delightful. The office and treatment rooms were clean and cozy. I took advantage of the signature Lazer special treatment they had for $50 and it did not disappoint. No pain involved and left refreshed. Would recommend to a friend and would return.
