latasha was excellent, patient, knowledgeable, and friendly, she took her time and addressed my needs, even though I was requesting a lot she did not make me feel like I was being rushed. I arrived at 7:50am for my confirmed 8am appointment only to see a sign on the door that they open at 8:30am. I called their number and received the answer service that took my information and said they'd let them know I was here. Mind you I received a phone call two days before to confirm my 8am appointment. These appointments are made 6 months in advance so they would have had plenty of time to inform me of their office hour change. No apology given just a statement that "we changed our hours and have not had 8am appts in months". This is the second time I've had a mishap with an appt that was scheduled months in advance. They were absolutely wonderful. I’m not one to speak about my Dental journey. However they are the BEST!!! Dr. Feaster!!!
