I was recently referred to Hope from one of my clients. Due to a recent injury and back spasm, I was very much in need of a therapeutic massage. I am very impressed with Hope’s skills and knowledge. I’m a full time fitness professional with a fair amount of knowledge about human anatomy. It was an unexpected perk to talk about what is going on in my body and have Hope share some new information about muscle and fascia, and how things are connected and work.
