I had a great experience at Dental Care Basking Ridge with Dr. Hertz while having two crowns done. Dr. Hertz and his team are professional, thorough, and took the time to explain each step of the process, which really put me at ease. The work was done carefully and comfortably, and I’m very happy with the results. I also want to highlight the wonderful staff. Jonathan was especially attentive and took extra time to make sure my temporary crowns were secure, which I truly appreciated. Lexi is also kind, gentle, and professional, making each visit pleasant. Sam at the front desk is always welcoming, knowledgeable about billing and insurance, and makes the checking in and out process easy and stress-free. The most reasonable place I've found. They are very kind and patient, they work with you before your appointment so you know how much you will need to spend after you get your work done, and they provide excellent care when performing any service. You know you're in good hands with their techs and their dentist.

After bring a client of Dental Care Basking Ridge for many years, I am extremely upset & disappointed in the service i received from their reception staff, after making an appointment MONTHS in advance, my appointment was cancelled 24 hours prior to my appointment, because I did not respond to a text message from them in a timely manner, when i called the office, i was told i would be able to make a new appointment for a later date, as they are busy and they have many other customers that need an appointment. This is how they treat a long time customer, apparently they are too busy and no longer appreciate the business of a long time customers. Lacking of customer service, and they way I was spoken too, I will not be returning to Dental Care Basking Ridge, and I suggest one looks elsewhere

I highly recommend Dental Care Basking Ridge. Everyone is amazing, from the front desk to the hygienists and doctors. They always make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Also, very convenient hours.

Dr Mahak Jain and her assistant are fantastic. I had a root canal and an inlay done in 2 sittings. It was a smooth and painless experience. The front desk was friendly, efficient and very helpful.
