Simon Orthodontic Centers

My oldest son had his treatment done with Dr. Simon himself. He was highly competent and knowledgeable. My son’s teeth and smile after treatment came out beautifully. Then I had my two younger ones do the treatment with Dr. Simon as well, but halfway through the treatment, Dr. Simon passed away. No office staff member notified me of his passing, as I should have been. The office never sent me a written notification or made a phone call to inform me of this event. Because I trusted Dr. Simon due to his excellent job with my oldest, I allowed my children to go into the treatment room without me thinking it was Dr. Simon doing the work. This is the worst orthodontist that exists, the customer service is terrible, they do not answer the phone, they do not meet the schedules and if you ask to speak to the supervisor, they are never there, the Dr does not speak to the parents. Do not come to this place, before it was good, now it is terrible.

I have had my braces for some months now and at first the staff was lovely but then after a couple of months everything changed. This orthodontics center opens and close whenever they feel like it. For example sometimes it's Monday and Wednesday then sometimes it's Tuesday and Thursday. They are not consistent or flexible when it comes to their scheduling. It makes it very difficult to make appointments and keep up with normal scheduling with the dentist. They do not try to work with your schedule instead they would just push your appointment all the way back. For example, I was told by my dentist to come back in 4 weeks but the lady told me their was nothing available for the time I need until 7 weeks later. It messes up the process of the braces then the doctor tells you that you are beh

My experience was very good with Simon Orthodontics. Reasonable price and great results. Look at my new teeth! I am so happy and grateful. Sometimes, but not often there was delays in my appointments, but it was very rare and I was with the 2 years and several months. Maybe I recall 2 or 3 times that there was delay, but Dr. Hugo is a kind and honest orthodontist! Affordable braces place. Thank you! Make sure to consult with your general dentist if braces are right for you and how it make affect your bone structure. (: I went to a GD and Implantologist I had bone loss, make sure, to check with a good GD and implantologist before you decide to wear braces.

Simon Ortho Center is a family friendly environment, filled with a professional caring dental staff. I have had 2 boys coming here for years now and I am very grateful for a their attention and excellent ortho service.
