Simmonds Brady & Loi

Dr. Brady and nursing staff was awesome! I had a molar pulled. I found out that they do not take SS dental insurance when I showed up for my appointment. So I paid with my CC and had to get reimbursed thru my Excellus dental plan. When I submitted the claim with the invoice I was given, after several weeks waiting I found out that it was declined. The info I was given was incorrect from the billing people for Dr. Brady. Excellus told us that this dental office is notorious for incorrect information on their billing info. Still waiting- it’s 2 1/2 months with no reimbursement all due to this dental offices incorrect information info.

I was referred to Simmonds Brady & Loi by my normal dentist. I had an infected molar which had roots that he said would be difficult to remove. The staff was very pleasant. Dr Loi and his assistant got me in quickly. Both were very friendly, competent, and caring. Everything went exactly as they explained it would. I am happy to recommend them to others!

Staff was friendly and informative. Gave very thorough instructions what to do after the surgery. Had 2 wisdom teeth removed. It went very well. strongly recommend this dentist. They also follow up the next day to make sure you're doing fine. And the oral gel they gave worked phenomenal to reduce pain and infection

Horrible and demeaning. I had a simple wisdom tooth extraction which turned into endless complications and excruciating pain. I am a senior citizen, and the dentist apparently felt that I would be too old and stupid to understand what was going on. (I assume they do a lot of toothless farmers.) Never explained what he was doing nor what the complications might be, nor what precautions to take other than "don't spit"(but didn't bother telling me what it was that I wasn't supposed to spit out). As a result I ended up with a dry socket twice, repeated infections, which the sullen dentist grudgingly retreated twice with no improvement, and never said more than a few words to me about what was going on with my teeth. There are not enough positive accolades in the English language to describe how I regard this group. All three of my daughters required extensive teeth extractions as they progressed through involved orthodontia. Dr. Simmonds -Brady even called our home one New Year's eve to check on an extraction follow-up. They are efficient, professional, and caring. I travel a long way for their services as they are one of the few covered under my insurance. However, now I would travel for their services even if I had an option next door!
