WellNow Urgent Care

Management and staff not friendly, except for one NP (Billy Jo) who is kind and treats people with respect. They don't clean their own facility. Can't even put a new roll of toilet paper in the front bathroom when its out and its out every week. They only have a cleaning company come 2 days a week and don't clean up themselves otherwise. How does a medical facility not get cleaned daily with sicm people in there daily? Poor communication, bad attitudes, unkind, messy, and lazy. I'll go to the other urgent care on Pre Emption Rd way better overall. Zero stars👎

I was asked to give a review of my experience of my visit to WellNow Urgent Care in Geneva, NY; to which I gave a 10 rating on the level of service, care, courtesy and perfectionism in the handling of the service I received. I was attended to promptly, the paperwork was not complicated and even highlighted to guide me. I was in and out in less time than I expected. I highly recommend anyone to their Care.

This visit was actually for my husband Gerald. Over the years we have had to visit several different Urgent Care facilities in New York state and beyond. This facility is by far, the best one we have been to. Always very clean, and the staff is professional, kind, and always willing to answer our questions and concerns. We feel very fortunate and blessed to have an urgent care of this caliber in our area. Thank you!!!!!

From checking in to getting my prescription I was in the office a total of 17 minutes! The triage nurse was extremely friendly and helpful. The NP was above and beyond spot on! I will definitely go back. Thank you for your service.👏

I came to leave a review after my child’s visit recently because we were blown away by our experience. The staff were amazing, caring, and made everything more comfortable. It seemed busy, but they never made us feel rushed and we were in and out within an hour. We are new to the area so when I searched, this place had the highest reviews. I read through some of them. I was surprised by one that called out the “cleanliness” of the office. Our experience was the complete opposite. We have used many medical offices and this one by far is the cleanest and most sanitary we’ve seen. This post struck me as odd because it sounds more like a disgruntled employee than anyone who has actually ever been treated here.
