Refresh Dental

I went to eaves family dental in geneva for the first time. I had a broken tooth and the dentist told me what she wanted to do but gave me the option to just get it pulled if I wanted. I decided to have it fixed and a crown put on it. The lady dentist was great making sure I was never in pain. She went over my plan that eaves in pen yann had made and said Im sorry but I disagree with a few things on this list. And she wants to fill teeth before they get worse instead of crowning them all right away. I was thrilled with the fact that she wants to fix them now and deal with crowns at a later point. The first and biggest biggest difference is : They understand that we are not all rolling in cash, but, need dental care. They will look at ways to get you help. They work with different ideas of payments, and suggest programs to subscribe to for affordable care. They are not snooty, and condescending . What you have had in the past for dentistry doesn't cloud what is the here and now. They will explain what will get you at a good spot, and make livable goals for you to actually be able to achieve.

Terrible experience. They screwed up billing my insurance. I was in constant contact with their office trying to resolve the issue. The insurance company waited on them for months to provide information so that the bill could be paid and apparently that was too much work so they turned it over to collections. I am in the process disputing the charge under the Fair Debt Collections Act (FDCPA) and filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the state dental board. Looking at other reviews I would say that poor customer service is a problem for them. All in all I recommend staying away from them. Will continue to update this review until it is resolved.

They lie every step of the way. They'll tell you a price once you agree to the service they'll tell you they misquoted you. Then after you pay a month later they'll add more charges saying oh insurance didnt cover this after you all ready gave them 4k. Just avoid them unless its an emergency

The whole staff has always been very helpful over the past 9 years I have been going there. Even when there has been a lot of changes to staff. Always will to work around my own personal schedule appointments and even will call me if better times open up for appointments. If you have to have anything done like getting a tooth pulled they will call you the next day to see how you are. It has been a very pleasant experience.
