We feel so very fortunate to have found such a wonderful rehabilitation center for my husband after surgery for a fall . The staff was the most caring and supportive with exceptional physical therapy. We greatly appreciate all the care he received and truly felt that the staff deserves accolades. Wonderful experience!

The clients are cared for fairly well, but a few of them report missing items. My mom noticed a blanket that was labeled by her is no longer there. Staff and other roomates should not be stealing, but rather respecting others property. It just puts my friend on edge to think that her new stuff will get taken, even if it is labeled. You shouldn't have to worry about that at 91 years old. The workers do seem kind and helpful, but the culprit needs to be stopped. On a positive note, my mom did notice that upkeep to the outside has improved, which will be great for the residents come the springtime.

Horrible!!! Don’t care about patients just want money not the care of elderly that pay so they get a paycheck. Putting them to bed at 2pm on a Saturday and Sunday. Clothes missing putting them in a Johnny because they don’t want to deal with pajamas. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here!!!!!!!! If I could rate a zero I would. I will be reporting to elderly affairs

My family opted for SCM for my grandmother's rehab after a hospital stay because we knew people who have worked there for many years, people spoke Portuguese and it was close to home. We were quite surprised how well she did with PT and the transition in general. Due to medical issues, she had to transition to long term care. While no facility is without issues, we had no major complaints. They have some of the most amazing, caring staff. We were there daily and not only was my grandmother well cared for, but all residents appeared to be. Placing a loved one is not an easy decision but it did help to know she was in caring hands.
