Portland Oregon general dentist, Dr. Todd Gifford. Bought two chairs when I opened from scratch back in 2010. Bought two more chairs when I expanded. Love these chairs, wouldn't want to work without them. Hydraulics went out on one chair recently. Called RGP for help and the process was simple. Jason answered the phone. I explained the issue. He told me the hydraulics are backed for life by RGP. Just pay shipping and the product was on the way. Totally easy. $20 fix given the cost of shipping. Much better than I expected. Everything needs maintenance from time to time. I consider this a very inexpensive fix for a chair that I love. Thanks so much!

Its rare in my opinion to walk away after a purchase thinking more about the great service you just experienced than the product you bought. Kevin @ RGP was incredibly helpful. Given that Im based in CT, it was never really feasible for me to get to Bristol during normal working hours. Every time I was in the area on weekend, Kevin was willing to open up shop and let me try out a chair/pick the chair up. Great communication throughout the whole buying process, and I got a truly get deal on my RH Logic 400. RGP is the only distributor of RH office chairs as far as I know. Their products are huge in Europe, and given the amount of money you'll be spending buying a Herman Miller or Humanscale, spend an extra couple of hundred and get a chair that is truly customized to you. I bought my first chair 20 years ago, and subsequently replaced all the doctor and assistant chairs in the office. They are extremely comfortable, and reliable. The company completely stands behind them, whenever there is a problem they stand behind the product. The cost is less then the name dental equipment chairs, and they are so much better.

We have used your chairs for over 15 years and find them to be the best on the market! To my surprise,I called to order some replacement coasters and was informed that they were covered on their lifetime warranty! Unbelievable and appreciated!
