Asking before we began where my pain points were and what my goals were for the session. Being able to share my preferences and target areas made for a tailored experience. I was completely relaxed and was in expert hands during my massage, again with Mindy communicating throughout, checking in on pressure, preferences, and mindful of my overall experience. My experience was exactly what I had hoped for when choosing to visit Helm for massage therapy. The synergy hot stone treatment is so incredibly soothing and a wonderful choice if you're looking to activate forgotten (in my case, neglected) muscular and lymphatic pathways. I also received the Breakers treatment after the hot stones which was an absolutely perfect deep dive into my overworked and knotted up back & shoulders. Lastly, the ambiance deserves a chef's kiss! Mindy is amazing at what she does! From the moment I booked the appointment it was a positive experience. Her website was easy to navigate, informative, and she always made herself available for any questions I had. The space is STUNNING. Located in the heart of Bristol, RI- it’s a historic building with tons of character. Once you walk in, you feel like you’re in your own world of relaxation. Mindy books each appointment with you in mind, so there is no one else in the space when you are getting your massage. It feels so private and relaxing. Not to mention, Mindy’s skills when it comes to massage therapy. Her pressure is absolutely amazing and she is sure to check in with her client to make sure you are comfortable. I felt so relaxed by the end of my massage that I literally didn’t want
