Shiva and her team were all incredibly kind and quick!! I was in and out within my one hour lunch break! She got straight to the point, took my concerns seriously, and even helped me identify what might be triggering my allergy. I have been seeing Dr. Shiva Norouzi since last summer, and I am so glad I found her in Vancouver! I’ve had a history of skin cancer, and since I began seeing her she’s brought me peace knowing that I am staying on top of my skin health. We’ve also addressed other skin conditions like acne I’ve struggled with, and I have had amazing results with her recommendations. I highly encourage anyone looking for a dermatologist to call Silk Dermatology!

Shiva is the best in the business as far as I’m concerned. She explains things clearly, tailors my treatment plan to me, makes sure I understand the “why” behind a treatment, listens, AND gives great local food recs. So glad I decided to look across the river for a dermatologist because I struck gold with Silk. Scheduling is a breeze. The office is tranquil and clean. The staff is professional, kind, and makes you feel welcome. Shout out to the office manager, Hossein, he’s a real one. I’m going to echo other reviewers and say if you’re searching for a dermatologist, look no further. The quality of care you’ll receive here is many steps above the rest.

5 Star Rating! I came here for the first time in November 2025 for diagnosis of a facial mole. I was able to get in very quickly (unlike Vancouver Clinic, which had a very long wait time). Dr Norouzi removed the mole and it has healed up nicely. The lab results also came back very quickly and it was benign. Shiva Norouzi is very thorough and knowledgeable, and I like how she can quickly check other skin blemishes and tell very quickly what they are and if they are anything to be concerned about. She is very friendly and caring, and takes the time to answer any questions that one has.

I feel I get the best care here. All my concerns and questions are answered fully. I am so thankful to have found Silk Dermatology. The office is clean and welcoming. I am a self pay patient, and I feel they try to keep my costs as low as possible. I would highly recommend Shiva. She is knowledgeable and has great recommendations. I like that you can easily schedule an appointment on their app.
