The staff is unfriendly, unprofessional and lack compassion for their patients. Never in my life have I seen such uncaring attitudes. If you’re 5 minutes late no matter what the circumstances they will reschedule you. It doesn’t matter if you’ve drove an hour plus to get there or if the patient has difficulty walking due to spinal surgery and wearing a neck brace. You will not be seeing the doctor due to their strict guidelines. There’s no excuses and ‘anyone 10 minutes late we have to reschedule - don’t be in the parking lot but checked in at your appointment time’ - it is only another way that people use their authority to exercise prejudices against others. I talked 5-10 minutes to the reception and then the nurse to no avail. The only thing they would say is ‘you’re 15 minutes late no

I have heard that this facility charges the most they can for services. Dressing wounds should not cost a patient $1,000+ each time they come in. Most of the patients I am sure are elderly and not able to dress their own wounds. That is called taking advantage of your demographic. Unnecessary if you ask me.

They were very friendly and professional. They took great care of my dads wounds on his legs.

This place is a joke. No compassion No professionalism Stay away. They should be shut down
