MediCenter Pharmacy Logan Primary

They make us feel like part of the family. Ben and Knute always take time to answer questions and it really seems that they do much more than just sell the prescriptions. I would never go anywhere else for my medicines. It's my place and I feel like family there. Fog

To the owner who told me to ask for Ben, your staff refused to let me speak with him. They also want to refuse to prescribe my daughter of 6 cough medicine because over the counter is not working she’s been coughing for days and when she had her viral infection this is where I went and this is where I went yesterday. I have been ignored twice, never got a call back twice. At this point I’m disgusted with these people that work there. They clearly do not have compassion for children who have been coughing for weeks straight so much that regular cough medicine isn’t touching it. I hate leaving negative feedback but they don’t care to let my daughter suffer through this. They want to hold back prescribing anything that actually helps well you’ve lost customers going back 25 years.

Wonderful and helpful people that really care. They are hard-working, and do their best to get your medicine in a timely manner.

I used to live in murphysboro and used their sister pharmacy ran by Ben's sister I believe Katie. They also have one in carterville, all are very fast at getting you in and out, they make sure you know what's going on throughout the process and sometimes if busy are a bit longer but you cannot expect them to always fill in 10 minutes. I think they are amazing and that's why I stay with their family pharmacies. I hated leaving family drug but I love Ben and how he always explains all my new things and if there is a possible drug interaction he will make sure your aware. I have tried many of the Pharmacies in the area. Logan Primary pharmacy, is easy to get ahold of, is understanding and helpful, as well as way faster than waiting at Walmart or CVS. When they quote you a time frame they are typically done earlier, not later. Would rather have the small town feel, than the calloused and slow techs you get at the box stores. Not always, but generally I can leave our primary care appt and walk to the pharmacy and only wait 5-10 mins to have my family’s RX’s in hand. CVS would tell you 2 hours then be 6 and treat you like it’s your fault for coming early when you actually have them a few extra hours passed their quoted time due to knowing that they are usually behind.
