Rude service was put on hold twice transfered and the second time was for almost two hours until they closed they just left me there. It all started cause I was wondering about the supplies my doctor called in for my pap machine was told my account was in active 🤬just got my machine a few months ago why is my account inactive? Would give them negative stars if possible.

My husband reached the point with his COPD that he needed home oxygen therapy. They made it so easy and got approval from his insurance. We got home at 6:00 on a Friday night and Jim came right over to bring my husband supplies and set him up. He was so informative. We had a great experience!

Got an order for my dad a nebulizer. Was able to take it home same day. Had to have oxygen tanks exchanged after the ice storm. They delivered the day after I called to have it exchanged. Great customer service.
