Shoulder & Knee Center

I just feel that if a doctor expects patients to be on time, then the doctors should do the same for patients. Waiting in the waiting room for an hour and then in the room for another 30 is absolutely disrespectful if you ask me. The receptionist acted like we were more of an annoyance than anything, patients are the reason you have a job. I work in healthcare so I am aware of this. I would definitely choose a different office in the future. My mom deserved to be treated better than this

Both physicians at Shoulder and Knee center (John & Todd) are awesome. They show that they care about you as an individual and don’t rush you through your visit like cattle. I recently had an ACL replacement in my knee and chose Dr. Andary because he did an excellent job on my other knee 18 years ago and it’s still doing very well. I highly recommend this surgeon and facility. All of the staff are wonderful to work with.

Dr Andary and Todd provide the best experience! They told me my shoulder is a mess with 5 or 6 things wrong in there and needed surgery for repair. Pre surgery they walked me through what the experience would be like and comforted me about going through with the surgery. I would trust Dr Andary with anything! He’s amazing. I’m also so thankful for the office staff! They are down to earth, fun and personable. This helped my anxious feelings about going through with this surgery. Thank you Shoulder & Knee Center, I would not go anywhere else!!

Dr.Andary did an amazing job on my knee replacement. Before my surgery he explained everything. I was nervous about doing it but he reassured me that I was going to love it. I could tell he was right shortly after surgery. Now it’s been a year I can honestly say my knee has never felt so solid and strong. I Love my new knee! I would highly recommend Dr. Andary and his staff!!

The Shoulder and Knee Center are the best in Idaho Falls. When we arrived we were greeted with such warm welcome. Dr. Andary Answered all of questions and we didn’t feel rushed out. We had went to another orthopedic surgeon and felt like a number in their books. We never saw the Dr but his PA and that was very concerning. The office staff gave us all the information we needed to prepare for the upcoming surgery but in a way that made us feel like family. His staff were super friendly and by the end we felt comfortable. This office loves what they do and it shows with their customer service.
