Friendly, professional staff and from what I could see. It seems that they were a bit short-handed in patient care. I arrived mid morning and the room that I visited had not been cleaned. However, the hallways and common areas were clean and generally the patients seemed well taken care of.

The place was very clean and the rooms were impeccable. I was impressed with the place and personnel. Friendly personnel and willingness to assist at all times.

It was my first visit cousin says she loves it there and they take good care of her.

All of the staff that I spoke with were super knowledgeable and friendly. They also have lots of parking.

My mom has been to this place for a little over a month now. She had an Acute Embolic Stoke back in October of last year, which now requires a little extra care. However, I haven't been pleased with the service at all. I have to constantly stay on them about something. Some of the staff don't seem friendly at all, (Especially Management) they seem mad or irritated. I had a care plan meeting a few weeks ago and me/my sister addressed all of our concerns, but nothing really hasn't improved much.
