Everything! Staff was competent, prompt, friendly. It's a wonderful community service to have weekend appointments. Much more nimble and responsive than standard medical care organizations. No frills, relaxed, no fish tanks, just good easily accessible professional medical care for routine issues. Also had the opportunity to utilize a comprehensive Zoom facility for additional testing. Again, excellent attentive medical providers, less hoops to jump through, much faster access to care. Stellar service to have for the community. I realize there may be hiccups with individual clinics but the overall concept of a nimble, responsive, easy to access to medical services is much needed.

It was a Monday and I had an urgent medical condition and could not get into my usual practice until later in the week, so I gave this place a shot and my experience was REALLY positive. Everyone was attentive and professional from the person who answered my call, the front desk person, the medical assistant, and my doctor was amazing. I was also pleased how efficient this place was in keeping to the schedule and I didn’t have much delay in meeting with each care team member. Furthermore, I was thrilled to find out I could get the needed medications right there and not wait on the horrendously slow Walgreens location that is nearby. If I have an urgent health condition in the future, I will return to this location!

I’ve been here multiple times over the last six months. It’s easy to get in. The staff is friendly and amazing. The nurse practitioners do good work and I would definitely go there again. The only drawback… I just found out that their lab that they use “ Zoom care lab” is not preferred on my insurance so I have been punched with a bill for that which I did not see coming. Pretty frustrated. Go here, but just don’t get labs done…..

Be aware - there is NO X-ray at this location! The description says, "Our Urgent Care visits are great for illnesses or injuries that need immediate care..." By my logic, if the clinic is dealing with injuries, it should have an X-ray. So, I had a very severe pain in my shoulder (July 2025). I scheduled an appointment online. Went to the clinic, and they did not have an X-ray. Thus, a lesson was learned - call first before scheduling. Anyway, I was astonished that the urgent care clinic does not have an X-ray, and this information was not mentioned on their website. On the positive side, the online scheduling was easy, the clinic is spotless, and the staff is very friendly. They offered me an X-ray at Bellevue, but I decided to go to Virginia Mason.

I was treated quickly & with respect from the moment I entered the clinic. Everyone was very friendly and explained each step as we proceeded. I will definitely come here again when an emergency arises.
