MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care - Shoreline

They were the only place open on Christmas Day. Very grateful to the fabulous staff for their kindness and care today. Getting sick doesn’t limit itself to days that aren’t Holidays. Also they provided follow up care, advice, a prescription, and didn’t just send us out the door again with nothing. I’ve had great experiences at IndigoCare twice now, here and the West Seattle clinic. Absolutely better, and less expensive, than the other place we went at Northgate recently.

This was my first visit. Honestly, I was impressed!! We were greeted by a very nice girl, Nadezhda. She is literally amazing. She asked if we needed a translator. The wait wasn't long, and we arrived at our appointment time. The nurse was also very courteous and professional. Dr. Durkee listened carefully, prescribed treatment and made recommendations, and also explained the source of the pain when I cough. I want to sincerely thank you for this visit!

Took my 16 month old here because our typical Urgent Care closes at 4 on Sundays. I was so impressed by the facility, the entire team and our PA, Sweta. For not being a pediatric-specific facility they were so calm, compassionate, knowledgeable about how to work with a very distressed kiddo. They even brought her snacks to help calm her down. I love the care we got and had to leave a review to say thank you!

I would give them no stars if I could. Check-in took over 30 minutes because they don’t accept my insurance, which required a call to my insurance company. I was told I might get a bill later. The PA initially said he would prescribe antibiotics and something for my cough, but the nurse later told me to use honey instead due to allergies. I came in for my persistent cough, I have been given cough suppression medication before. I asked to speak to the PA, as I waited I grew frustrated and left the clinic. I contacted my physician, shared my visit summary, ( which detailed my vitals and chest X-ray) and he promptly called in medication for my cough. Avoid this place. When you're not feeling well, you don’t want this kind of treatment..

I went as a walk in for a knee injury and supón arrival was well greeted and assured With filling out information a new patient. The nurses and practitioner were very nice and professional. I had x-ray done there and results were ready same day within a few hours. Happy to have been seen in such a short notice. Thank you
