My mom is a resident at Hiljay Home. She has advanced Alzheimer’s and is a total bed care patient. Before coming to Hiljay she was anxious, malnourished and dehydrated. Once admitted she was nourished and hydrated and I could see glimpses of what she once was. She no longer appeared anxious. Hiljay has a policy of advocating for patients and doing what is best for them. I am a Registered nurse and quite frankly have never seen such extraordinary bed care in my entire nursing practice. Hiljay provides loving structured care for Dementia and Alzheimer’s patients and has consistent staff of 20 years who never leave.
