Shore Drug

Been using them for well over 10 years! Larry the owner talks and have conversations with. Also the staff is by far the best KEN, LAURA!! Hands down the best pharmacy!! Thank you for all you do!

Shore Drug has been my main pharmacy for the last four years. I had used Shore a number of times over the years before that, but four years ago, the owner of Aldo Pharmacy in West Islip, David, retired, so from then on I get all my meds from Shore. They're really nice there. They know who are, which is really important to me. So much better than the big chain pharmacies where you're often just a face in the crowd. We really need more of the small "mom & pop" type places like Shore Drugs. Even if some of the items cost a bit more, I'm happy to pay if it means supporting a small, local business.

These folks are the reason why people should use their local independent pharmacies. Everyone is professional and always helpful. Easy to get someone on the phone. Great communication. Far better experience than any chain pharmacy by a mile.

I'd like to support the local pharmacy but the prices are not competitive enough for me to consider shopping here. The store is madly outdated and has a strange smell. I will say walking in feels like I've been transported back in time, the strange gem/jewelry display in the back is charming and some staff wears ties out of a 1992 fashion magazine so it's kind of epic. I believe most people just use this place to fill prescriptions, I don't see many people actually shopping here. I can't speak for the quality of the actual pharmacy aspect other than just coming here to buy the regular pharmacy/cvs/walgreens type items.

The best pharmacy and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I don’t live in the area directly and drive a bit to this pharmacy. The pharmacist Kenny, and all the staff are always amazing, assist with the utmost professionalism and compassion. Never wait on line, and script is always ready for pickup. The traditional processes and great people, make this an amazing pharmacy.
