ShopRite Pharmacy of Rochelle Park

I called the pharmacy at this ShopRite and there was a lady named Ayesha She’s the worst at answering the phone very rudely put me on hold without no explanation. Just trying to fill up in subtraction asking. If they’re ready she gave me a very bad attitude she should be trained better and if she’s not happy with her job, she should leave it the worst worst operator. !!!!!

The pharmacists are Consistently rude plain and simple. They have no manners and treat customers with lack of respect. Horrible customer service. I've worked in healthcare for 27 years and it’s embarrassing that he gets away with this. Shame on ShopRite Pharmacy

Arrived to pick up my pain medication only to find out that they didn’t have any in stock. They never called or texted, something you would think would be easy in this 21st century. No assistance in trying to locate the medication at another ShopRite pharmacy. These people were totally oblivious to the fact that some people need their medications to function. Will NEVER use them again.

The worst! I called on Sunday morning to see if it was possible to get a flu shot on Sunday. I was told no problem! I had to fill out a couple of forms and after waiting 10 minutes, I was told to go do my shopping because there was a problem with the system at my insurance carrier. I did my shopping came back and asked if they tried to call my carrier. I was told the office was closed but by some miracle, I was able to get someone on the telephone. After more nonsense from the incredibly lazy pharmacist and pharmacist tech, I was told to stop by tomorrow. I informed them that I had no intention of returning. I went to the CVS Minute Clinic at the Bergen Mall and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. And somehow, there was no problem with the computer system at my insurance c

Front desk person and pharmacist who is working today February 17, 2022. are rude to customers. They are both loud and unprofessional. The person who runs thus pharmacy should train staff better to provide customers with a pleasant experience I will be going to a owners own pharmacy from now on. Chain pharmacies have become the worse.
