Alaris Health at The Chateau Managed by Excelsior Care Group

My dad had a stay here. It is very clean and the employees are amazingly friendly. We came to know many of them by name and the patients, too. The level of care is very good. Lots of activities for the patients, as well.

I've been in the facility for almost 3 months now and I got familiar with the employees. The facility has some good workers and some who goes through the motion. Dustin is one of those employees who goes above and beyond and gets things done. He is one of the few who actually follows up and not disappear when he said he will be back to help. He acts like this is his company and tries to make it go as smooth as possible. Bien is also a good nurse. Straight to the point and explains things. Also including our fabulous therapy department led by gilbert and Eric and the rest of the group. Without their help, I wouldn't be able to walk again.

Well pleasd with my older sisters care. Otherwise can you kindly service the cable connection wires on my sisters flat screen tv and her roommate's as well. There is little to no reception because of the wires connections to the flat screens aren't completely fastened to both tvs. Thanks again with all you do accommodating all the patients.

I want thank Dustin for always helping my husband. He is my go to guy whenever I need something to get done. The facility needs more employees like him who actually cares about the well being of the patients and the happines of the family.

My mother has been there a little over a week. The facility is clean and it has large rooms. The staff is wonderful. My only complaint is that there are times that my mother is waiting a longer than i would like. However, I'm also aware that there is a nursing shortage everywhere.
