GREAT experience with Dr. Shoff in Red Bluff. I had braces from Dr. Shoff about 20 years ago, and returned this time to have the braces installed after getting a tooth pulled and to correct some movement from not wearing my retainers (my fault!). 18months from installation to removal, exactly what Dr. Shoff estimated, and each appointment was 20-30minutes max then on with my day. Convenient, communicative, and a really great process. Highly recommend.

Dr. Shoff's office has been great with our 2nd daughter. they are very responsive to questions; they also have a friendly and inviting office. The service is incredible!!! My daughter's teeth are amazing and she is very confident with her new smile. We will definitely be going back with the next kid.

Amazing service, outstanding orthodontist. Could not ask for a better experience for my son. We were well informed of progress, and felt very well taken care of. The staff are all so friendly and kind. Payment plan for braces was super easy to set up and use. My son’s teeth look amazing, he just got his braces off today. Highly recommended.

This is a great place for braces. The support staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The entire process from treatment to billing options was explained step by step in a low pressure atmosphere. They understand scheduling challenges, are always willing to help and send text reminders for appointments. The office is open and inviting to all ages. They took fantastic care of my son and we would recommend them to family and friends.
