The wait times are really long even if you have an appointment. Trying to get a hold of them is a hassle and you can’t leave a voicemail. Most of the time ramley tries to cancel me and reschedule while I’m there for an appointment. When I do end up canceling they will randomly reschedule the appointment. There’s billing issues where they don’t to have received the payment even though I have charges on my credit card for them and they never follow up. I decided to go elsewhere

Had a great experience. I've called for a concerned matter later one day mid evening, and Dr Ramley instantly scheduled me the next day before closing. There staffs and office took great care of me and expedited my concerns. Job well done. MEL H.

Even with a scheduled appointment you’ll be in the lobby waiting at least 30 minutes and it seems like an inconvenience to ramley because he’ll try to cancel and have you reschedule or he’ll ask you why you scheduled the appointment. On top of having children running the receptionist area

Dr Ramley is about as good as you can get for a dentist. Very professional, technologically up to date, friendly people.

Last week I saw Dr Ramley and his wonderful staff for my regular twice yearly recheck and cleaning. As usual it was a thorough and professional visit. I've been Dr Ramley 's patient for several years including fillings and implants, all trouble free. Dr and staff are helping me keep my teeth healthy for life.
