Do not send or let your loved one(s) go here if you cannot make it there regularly to visit and check to ensure they're well taken care of. Some of the nurses/Nursing assistants do not give them the care they deserve. If you call the front desk number the staff said no one answers that phone and you will not get through to anyone. You also can just walk right in without anyone asking you questions or even acknowledging you are there to visit. Highly recommend visiting your loved one often to ensure they are getting the care they are supposed to be getting. Keep a very close eye on important/valuable belongings. As soon as my loved one arrived there, their was someone whom kept moving and then took off with his wallet. He had to tell that person more than once to get it back to him. If you

My grandma is there. I was surprised how caring and respectful the staff is. They went out of their way to make sure she is comfortable. I asked her roommates separately if Brentwood was a nice place to be. They both said yes. The place is clean and the food looked good. They also have scheduled activities and we enjoyed the Mother’s Day tea party with grandma.

All the staff at Brentwood have been amazing and a blessing for my family. For over two years my mom has been doing respite care there and she loves it. It is her home away from home. I'm glad I have a place I can trust to help me care for my mom. And a special thank you to Hannah for all her assistance always with my mom's needs.

Brentwood has done an amazing job taking care of my grandmother. The staff are extremely caring and respectful. I’ve asked my grandmother’s roommates how they are treated when I’m not around and was told the same as when I’m there. They’ve made a hard situation a lot easier.

I stayed 3 weeks after my stroke. I got bladder infection, fell hit my mouth on floor took 90 minutes for someone to help me to bathroom. Fell out of wheelchair reaching port-a-potty hit my mouth on floor. I will never send anyone there.
