We are very happy with our orthodontic treatment at Shin Orthodontics and very satisfied with the results. My son's case was quite tricky and Dr. Richard showed himself to be very open-minded and always listened carefully to us, taking our concerns and preferences into account. Even after we moved to another state, we decided not to change our orthodontist and continued traveling to Maryland for appointments. The clinic staff was also always very polite and attentive. Once again we are very grateful for the professionalism, attention and excellent outcome of the treatment.
