Rad Orthodontics

Our daughter was due new Invisalign aligners on Monday and we were told it would take two weeks to get her set, meaning she will have to wear her current aligners for three weeks. For a fourth grader, our daughter does an excellent job of caring for her aligners, but three weeks is simply too long. When she asked what happens if her aligner breaks, she was told to wear it broken. The better approach would’ve been to schedule her for an updated scan several weeks ago. Other than this latest scan issue (and many texts requesting that we leave a review on Google), we’ve been happy with the service; however they could have been more proactive with our daughter’s treatment.

Love rad orthodontics!!!! Dr. Rad is incredibly knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and always takes time to explain the treatment plan clearly (in a way that doesn’t feel overwhelming). You can tell they genuinely care about their patients..not just about the end result, but about the whole experience along the way. Special shout out to Andrea.. she is an absolute sweetheart and always makes you feel taken care of !!

We love Rad orthodontics. We find the team to be super nice, always on time, quick but thorough appointments, and it doesn’t feel like they are trying to upsell you. Also my daughters teeth look amazing!
