Plover Pediatric Dentistry

Our 2.5 year old had his first dental visit and it was amazing. I thought for sure this would be super challenging for our toddler, as is the case at the doctor and getting a haircut, but the staff and dentists here were amazing and made our child feel super comfortable. It’s a great setup and better than any doctor experience we’ve had with our little one.

We had a great experience at this pediatric dentist office. From the front desk to the cleaning, everyone was so patient, kind, and gentle with my son. They truly took the time to make him feel comfortable. We will be transferring our care and are so happy we found them.

Best dentist ever!!! My kids never wanted to go to the dentist before but after this experience all they talk about is when we’re going back. I have dental anxiety myself so I was afraid going in but seeing how the Dr. Kim and Dr. Alvarez interacted with the kids put me right at ease. The front desk is also lovely and makes everything so much easier as a busy parent. I’m so appreciative of their care and honesty. They show how everything breaks down for payment and takes their time to explain when you ask. I can’t wait to bring them in next time.

We had a wonderful experience! The office is so clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. My 4 year old loved the selection of toys and books. She especially loved brushing the dinosaur stuffed animals teeth in the waiting room. The dentist explained everything to my daughter before doing anything and they had little TVs overhead to help calm any nerves. This place is amazing!

Dr. Kim and Dr. Alvarez are incredible pediatric dentists and I can't recommend their office enough. The office is thoughtfully designed to make young kiddos feel at ease and comfortable, and that just matches their equally welcoming bedside manner. I highly recommend Plover to families looking for caring pediatric dentists in the Potomac area!
