Shifa Pediatric Clinic

I bring my 2 little ones to Shifa pediatrics and have always had pleasant experience. The staff is always very friendly. The office and patient rooms are always clean. The kids are always seen very quickly after arriving for their appointments. I have never felt rushed through appointments and most importantly, aways feel listened to. She is very kind and my children are always comfortable with her. I would highly recommend Dr. Sultana. Once we even reached a day before our appointment by mistake and she still made some time and saw us rather than sending us back. We are really happy and lucky that we have such a doctor in our area

I gave 3 stars because they technically do what they’re supposed to. They provided vaccines, did the normal height and weight checks, etc. The pediatrician I found to be dismissive. She looked over my 3 year old and asked if he was potty trained. I told her not yet, and she lectured me about the situation. She didn’t comment on anything else regarding his health, weight, height. Overall the experience was disappointing. We will be establishing care elsewhere.

Everyone in the clinic is so respectful and helpful. I have been taking my son to Dr Aisha for the last year. She always listens to what we have to say and explains everything clearly. She is also so accommodating and when there is an emergency she sees my son on the same day which is very helpful. i would recommend Shifa clinic/ Dr Aisha to anyone who needs a pediatrician

I have never had issues with scheduling appointments and have even been able to make an appointment for the same day when there was a more urgent concern. I have never felt rushed through appointments and most importantly, aways feel listened to. She is very kind and my children are always comfortable with her. I would highly recommend Dr. Sultana. This is the first time we’ve used a solo business practice and we absolutely love it!

The reviews look so good. Unfortunately we got into our room and the Dr. came in with a mask on and said I am sick and have a cold. It seems very irresponsible to come into work sick and put little kids at risk. I feel that we should have been notified and asked if we wanted to reschedule instead of letting us get to the appointment and telling us.
