Do not go to this dentist. 2 years ago I had a filling done at this clinic to fill a gap between my back molars. They completed the filling. My insurance shortly cut them from their list of approved dentists a few weeks after. A year later, I get a new dentist and they notice that the fill was improperly done (I have it in e-mail from Dr. Sheron himself admitting it was improperly completed) and that I would require a crown to fix the issue. I was informed that the fill was not properly flush with the face of the tooth, creating a small "pocket" that allowed food to fill in the space - greatly increasing the likelihood of forming a cavity. I’ll be honest — I’ve been around long enough to have had more dental appointments than I care to remember, and most of them were the kind that make you dread the next one. I don’t like going to the dentist. At all. But this was hands down the BEST dental experience I’ve ever had. Julie, the hygienist, is in a league of her own. I have never had my teeth cleaned so thoroughly — she got every last bit of the extra “goodies” hiding in there, but did it so carefully that I wasn’t wincing or gripping the chair for dear life. She even gave me some practical brushing tips that I’ll actually remember (and maybe even use!). Then there’s Dr. Chad. I moved to Vancouver from Hawaii one year ago and have had bad luck with dentists. I felt like I was seen as a cash register. A colleague recommended Sheron Dental and I felt treated like a human being. Both my dentist (Dr. Chad) and the hygienist were friendly, extremely professional (as was the front office) and I was able to calm down and get things accomplished. Thank you Sheron Dental....I finally feel like I am in good hands.

9/24/25: update since Sheron Dental replied to my review claiming they never lied... I will update my review with the details. You did lie. Your front office employee Rose stated that the ADA changed their regulations on how many halcion can be dispensed per dental appointment. She stated this would be the same no matter which dental office you go to since it was an ADA rule. With a quick google search, and then clarification from my prior employer (and current dentist) there are NO ADA rules, or changes, regarding how many halcion you can dispense per dental appt/treatment. We bring our whole family of 6 to Sheron Dental and we have never had a bad experience. Today though stood out more than others. Last night I had the most awful pain in my tooth and I emailed in because it was after hours and they called me back before they even opened the next day and they squeezed me in. That in itself was amazing but when I got there i was called back quickly and the hygienist who took care of me was the sweetest kindest most gentle lady ever! She made me so comfortable and talked me through what was going to happen and she was understanding that I was uncomfortable and didn’t treat me like I was just another number rolling though.
