I’ve gone to Sheffield ortho personally as a teenager fifteen years ago and now my daughter goes here and we love this place! They’re amazing from the staff at the front, their scheduling accommodations, the process and communication, the orthodontists themselves - everything! Professional and fun, lots of entertainment and community involvement as well as consistent support for your child. Always helpful and quick to squeeze you in if needed for any reason! Highly recommend for treatment from young to old! Not to mention the work they do is beautiful!

Both my kids had their braces on and off through Dr. Sheffield. They both had an amazing experience. The appointments were always on time and accommodating. Dr. Rob always listened to our concerns, were gentle with the care and accommodated to our needs. Dr. Rob is knowledgeable and precise with his orthodontics expertise, and he used the best treatment plan for my kids. The staff is friendly and approachable and cared about our overall experience. I would highly recommend them.

Dr Sheffield is the absolute best! He was the orthodontist for my older daughter and is now caring for my younger daughter. He doesn’t rush to put braces on and tells you his honest opinion so you don’t waste money. The staff is super friendly and welcoming as well. Office is very clean!

We have had an amazing experience with Dr. Sheffield and his team. They are very patient especially with my child being sensitive to pain. They were very caring and ensured that my child felt very comfortable from the start of treatment till the end. The office is very organized and on top of all your appointments. Never had to wait for more than 5 min during each appointment. They even have an emergency line in case you need to reach out during off hours. We had to use this emergency service while we were traveling overseas and the doctor got back to us and addressed our concerns over the phone.
