Brentwood Family Pet Care

We had an unhoused cat show up on our doorstep that required immediate attention. Long story short, ( & we will be keeping this cat) This vet did a wonderful job in treating his injury. Neutering him, ✔️ for a microchip and all the other aspects needed for treating a feral cat. We also had to make a second visit for a wheezing & coughing. It was determined that it isn't his heart (Amen 🙏)and most likely an infection or asthma. Anyways....super staff & so courteous!! I never felt rushed & they were so kind through - out the process. We have now grown to 2 cats & a dog. Thank you team we are grateful for all that you've done for this Rescue Kitty....whom is now known as..... Max 🐾😸 Regards KMR

I am giving Dr. Heath and her staff 5 stars for taking care of my pup but 1 star for their communication. My dog had a reaction to some vaccines that were given and when I called to find out if swelling was normal they replied no and asked if I could bring him back in. I agreed and was told that there would be no charge which made me feel good considering I had just spent over $400 there. I arrived and they confirmed it was not a normal reaction and took him back to the doctor. She came out and let me know that she thinks this was due to combining some of the vaccines instead of spacing them out a month (which I did not ask for but was offered at his earlier appt with no talk of risk for combining the vaccines, all of which he had had previously) and they had given him Benadryl, a ster

Dr Pinion and her assistant are not only professional the entire team made me and Nina feel welcome the moment we walked in the door and attended to promptly. They explained everything and gave me options. Nina Is kind of sensitive to people she doesn’t know that well but Dr. Piñon got down at her level and I was impressed at how easily they got along and how NinaI trusted and felt safe. I could never imagine taking my pets anywhere else. I've been a customer since we moved to Brentwood about 18 years ago. They've treated every pet I've had during that span with so much love and compassion. From cradle to grave, which took 18 years for my prior dogs due to the stellar care they received from Brentwood veterinary. Fair prices and they're like family ❤️

We recently adopted two kittens and wanted to establish care with a vet. There was also a potential health situation that we needed checked. Dr Jenelle Pinon was excellent. She went above and beyond to help our kitty and answer our many questions. She also talked to my daughter about becoming a vet. I am sincerely impressed with Dr Pinon and vet tech Kayla. Kudos ladies for a job well done!
