AFC Urgent Care Brentwood

My 2year old was seen yesterday morning. I brought him in because his fever wasn’t going away. The person who took his temp used a probe that doesn’t go directly on skin. It read as 94.0 degrees F, which is basically hypothermia, should’ve warranted to retake it… even the provider who saw him didn’t even think twice about that result, the oxygen was incorrect it was mixed up with the hr I know because I saw it. After the visit which was 20 Min after we got home, he was drowsy, I took it with my thermometer, his temperature was 101.4. I am a nurse but I didn’t want to mention it during the appointment. I am also exhausted after experiencing the virus myself and taking care of 3 Sick kids. I thought by going he could possibly get some antibiotics. But thankfully his pediatrician saw him tod

Excellent service and care. I took my daughter here, cause she wasn’t feeling well. The front desk clerks are super friendly, the office is clean, we didn’t have to wait long, and the provider angel was amazing thank you!! Definitely going back if we need care!!

The whole experience from start to finish was awesome. The online check in was extremely easy, the young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful over the phone with directions. I’m not sure of their roles in the back office, but the doctors and their assistants were amazing!!! The doctor or nurse that seemed me was so knowledgeable, down to earth and simply amazing. If possible I would like to schedule regular visits with you guys.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this urgent care was extremely concerning. We were out of town and all became very sick. At no point during my visit did anyone ask about my medical history before prescribing medication. Despite testing negative, I was prescribed antibiotics without being asked whether I was pregnant or breastfeeding — which I am currently doing. That is a basic and critical question that should never be overlooked. My husband has a history of recurring strep, and his symptoms were very consistent with that pattern. The provider initially attempted to dismiss it as the flu without performing any testing. We had to specifically request that testing be done. Patients should not have to advocate for basic diagnostic procedures when symptoms clearly warra

I highly recommend this urgent care. They were professional friendly, and went above and beyond I needed a medical clearance done ASAP and when I called to see how much it would actually be into schedule an appointment Erika was very polite and did everything I asked of her with no hesitation, she even went above and beyond calling around to get my blood work faxed over so that I can get my paperwork in on time Dr. Jessica was very sweet loved her. Everybody here was professional and very nice and sweet. Thanks everyone.
