Sheefa Pharmacy Paterson

I am a physician. A patient had some issues with their medications. It was a bit challenging to get someone on the phone but once I connected the pharmacist was kind, efficient and helped to resolve the issue at hand immediately.

This pharmacy needs to clean their snow, it's almost 4pm and every other business near them has cleaned the snow except them. I just slipped and fell on their uncleaned snow now with pain on my L side and their response was "I'll let the pharmacist know." This is unacceptable behavior as a business and as a citizen.

The worst pharmacy ever! I’ve had several bad experiences with them — they always give me my medication incomplete without telling me to come back for the rest. They act as if people are stupid and don’t read what’s written on their prescriptions. And if a medication isn’t available, they offer to buy it for me through Amazon, just to make money, claiming that insurance usually doesn’t cover it — even though my insurance covers 100% of medications. One time, they gave me medicine that wasn’t mine, and if I hadn’t noticed the name, I would have taken the wrong one! Even for medications that have refills, they don’t refill them on their own unless I go back to remind them. Simply put, the worst pharmacy ever.

I just had my booster shot- Moderna. This is a very organized facility for vaccines, even for covid testing. Amjad Abukwaik, the pharmacist that gave me my booster is super nice and gentle! I will recommend it to anyone and everyone!. I had a great experience today. Thank you Sheefa staff!!!!!
