Best Pharmacists . And Pharmacy I've ever gone too, hands down ! It's a smaller. Pharmacy with plenty of seating. Everyone working there are very attentive to you. Even though you see how very busy they are. I've never waitedote than , 15 min to have a prescription.Filled. I've never Had a discouraging experience at Shaw's pharmacy!!

Had been getting my prescriptions there for a couple of years with no problems but the new staff is HORRIBLE! Had called in a script two weeks before it was due never heard anything for a couple of days. Tried calling six or eight times with no answer so I went in person. Was told the script ran out and had to be renewed. I asked why they hadn't let me know and she said" We can't be expected to do every little thing. You need to call when you don't hear from us". Never mind that I had been trying to call for several days. After about twenty more phone calls and three more trips in person I finally got my script which requires a needle. The needles they gave me were the cheapest I had ever seen with plastic syringes like something a little kid would use. They weren't even air tight because

These people are nice. My prescription was ready and I was given some cautions on the medication. They also threw in a $15 discount in the store for being a first time customer.

So disappointed in the treatment I get from the youngest pharmacist on staff. I never had a poor experience until he started working here. I have used this pharmacy for years now and adore everyone else on staff. Now, I won't be going back. I'm sure that's his goal...that, and to just be a royal dick. He is judgmental, rude, and not friendly at all. Tonight was the third time I've left in tears. I tend to not wish bad things on people, no matter what, but I hope that karma comes back on him in a bad way. I'm not used to encountering people like him in my travels - and I try to be a no-nonsense, easy, low maintenance customer for people. I've used other pharmacies in a reasonable driving distance, and this one has great customer service. I've transferred my entire family including pets to this pharmacy! Thank you to the pharmacy staff for all you do!
