Sanford Family Dental- Jones Derek DMD

I had my first visit at Sanford family dental. I'm sure I'm like most people and dread going to the dentist. However, Sanford family dental team made my experience awesome! It started by Renee Greeting me at the front desk. Nice to have a smile and friendly welcome. Kristy was so amazing! I even told her how nice she was . She was so thorough explaining everything , and making sure I was comfortable. She was a rockstar! Then I was brought into an office with Becca, the dental hygienist who was very professional, compassionate, and thorough as well . For those of you who had your gums checked sometimes the test is unpleasant, this was my first time my gums didn't hurt from the test. Becca was awesome. Not the place for me unfortunately. My wife and kids were patients first and appeared to have no issues and be happy. So the wife made an appointment for me because I was having pain and had at least two teeth causing the problem. When I went in and was trying to explain where the pain was, they kept trying to only focus on a single tooth. Even though I knew there was another causing pain as well. They kept asking well which one is the most uncomfortable, only wanting to focus and help with one tooth. I felt like they were just trying to hurry up and get me out of there. I was there for a "scheduled" appointment, so my opinion is the doctor could have taken some time to talk about options etc. I didn't feel like they were listening, felt like they were trying to just get me to pinpoint a s

All of the staff were kind and thorough. I felt very comfortable there. Dr. Jones is a wonderful and caring man and works so great with his Wife Dr. Liz Jones. A great atmosphere. Super clean. And all staff willing to go above and beyond. Will be going there for many many more years!

All staff are friendly and encourage questions about any concerns. Their scheduling is fantastic and timely. I always get great service no matter who cleans my teeth. I’d recommend Sanford Family to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

I don't particularly enjoy going to the dentist but I love Sanford Family Dental! Staff is always extremely welcoming, helpful, and accommodating to patient needs. They take the time to connect with their patients on a personal level while maintaining the utmost professionalism. The facility is lovely, inviting, and clean. I absolutely recommend Sanford Family Dental to anyone!
