Hannaford Pharmacy

Everyone here is extremely friendly and helpful! They never have a problem looking things up for me or even calling in a script when I need help. They are fast and can usually get anything filled in 20 minutes or so. Great place and they all work very hard!

Tried to pick up a prescription for a friend today. The girl was rude and not accommodating. My friend had called earlier in the day to find out the price and informed them that I would be picking up and they said no problem. I only had her DOB and they said that wasn’t enough I needed to know her phone number or address. I only had her cell phone number but then found her home phone number so luckily she didn’t have to pick it up herself. I did mention she called and I also asked if some other staff could vouch for me but she wouldn’t even entertain that idea.

A prescription was called in for my son. They flagged it due to cost. They didn't order the medication. They didn't call me to let me know they wouldn't be filling the prescription. Now I'm racing around trying to find a more competent pharmacy to fill my son's medication. Thanks for endangering my son's health. Passing the blame to another pharmacist is ridiculous. You should all be fired.

Multiple times now it has taken 4-5 hours to fill a simple prescription. first time was a just an eye drop called in at noon. Waited 2 hours, went down, they said 30 more minutes. so I waited. 30 minutes later they knew nothing about it and said 30 more minutes. tried again and they said sorry give us an hour, but we close at six. finally got it at 5:30, wasted my whole day driving back and forth. today looks like the same thing. need an antibiotic filled. sent in at 11. went home, waited 3 hours, showed just when they were about to close for lunch. they are “working on it” and need another hour, AFTER they come back from lunch at 2:30. Staff at the pharmacy is always professional and helpful. They are always busy but staff never skips a beat and has a smile on their face. My family appreciates you.
