I really love this place. I can call get help when I need it. They are so sweet and professional and let’s face it when you’re a patient and you’re not feeling good. You’re not always in the best of spirits. Jennifer is always very professional and so is Lori, they are always kind and understanding and when they have to be, they are matter-of-fact to the point. Dr Nickel Olm and Debbie really do care about their patients… Even called me on the weekend when I had lost a very close family member to make sure I was OK. I will never ever forget that. This is a problematic practice. I read through all the reviews to try to find a good doctor that cares. I recently moved to the area and have 2 kids will ADD. I just need a family doc that can continue to prescribe the meds they have been using for years. However when I asked for an appointment, the receptionist put me on hold then came back and said the doctor told her they cannot prescribe ADD medication (Concerta, which every family practice doctor should be able to prescribe) and that I need to go look elsewhere for a doctor who can. When I asked for more details, the receptionist told me that the doctor can't do those kinds of prescriptions because the laws have changed. When I probed, she told me to go look online, then was short with me and was trying to get me off the phone. I felt

I love Dr Nickell Olm and her staff! She is so personable, real, knowledgeable and a great sense of humor while giving you the best medical care. If you are looking for a doctor and staff who truly care this is it! The office staff is awesome!

Best family doctor & office that I've had in 50 years. Dr. Olm is a gem. Listens to you, takes lots of notes, and explains possible treatments. Always in a good mood - never has a bad day! The office staff is a very good team. When the phone rings you never know who's going to pick up. They all do whatever is required to make the office run efficiently. Jennifer is an insurance guru. When I had my total hip operation, she explained all the pre-op tests & scheduling to make sure it was all done correctly & on-time. Invaluable, since most patients don't have a clue about the prep that has to be done for a major operation.

I was looking for a new primary care doctor and Dr. Sharon Nickel Olm was a great choice. She was very compassionate, caring and supportive. She listened to me and explained in depth any concerns I had. This private practice is totally the way all doctors should treat their patients. The staff was excellent, friendly and very caring. I am completely satisfied to have found this Dr. in Eustis.
