I had tried to make an appointment with them the other week. They said i have been released from their office. I asked what that meant and the receptionist said it means im no longer a patient and no longer welcomed there. I asked why, they said it was due to a unpaid fine for being late to an appointment for more than two years prior. Even though i did show up for my appointment i was only 13 minutes late due to circumstances beyond my control, they had refused to see me. This was during the height of covid. I asked if i could pay the fine in order to resume being seen, they said no and hung up the phone on me. I do not have great teeth and have spent well over ten thousand here and they complain about a $25 bill they only sent one invoice to me. I guess they dont like my money…
