Dr. Alex Shaman and his whole office team are amazing. Faith at the front desk was very kind and helpful. She was able to get me in to a same day appointment as I was in severe pain. She helped me with confusing insurance questions that I had as well. She was very compassionate and came to check on me in the waiting room. On another day, his staff even stayed to fit me in after the office was closing as I needed an emergency extraction. Dr. Alex is very knowledgeable, gentle, personable and caring. He is very experienced and is happy to explain and answer any questions that I had regarding my procedure. He doesn’t try to upsell or rush like many dentists I have gone to. Yesterday was my first visit to this office and I am so impressed! Dental visits are normally forgettable and routine, but this place has a different energy, very cool and warm and inviting, it certainly was an unusual experience.. I had long term stains on many of my teeth, and this is the first cleaning I've ever had that removed all those stains, which I didn't think was possible.. Monica did the cleaning, she was fantastic! She used some new airflow power wash device, which I couldn't even feel, but somehow it worked like a miracle, all stains now gone! Then Dr Alex did my fillings and restored me back to health. I've been seeing Alex for seven years now. He is, hands down, the best dentist I've ever used. His team are incredibly responsive, including fitting me in immediately for urgent issues when they arise. He's always very clear and transparent about benefits and risks of different treatments, and holds a very high standard in his practice.

I had such a great experience getting my Invisalign! The staff was super friendly, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The scans were quick, and I felt really comfortable the entire time. Can’t wait to see my results!
