That one star is for Dr. Shackleford. He is great but his staff is TRASH!!!! Don’t trust them. I’m never going back again. They tried to sell me used Ray Ban Meta Glasses for full price without my knowledge. They told me the glasses were going to be back in 2 weeks. 2 MONTHS later they call to inform me that my glasses had arrived. I get there & there is no box, no warranty paperwork, nothing but the glasses & case. I paid almost $500 for NEW Meta glasses & when I go to sync them to my phone, I’m promoted to do a hard reset on the glasses because someone had already taken pictures/videos & forgot to erase them. I call the office the next day & was told that since my new pair was taking so long shipping, they gave me the DEMO glasses that EVERY patient try on before deciding to order their

My daughter enjoys coming to see Dr. Shackelford. The staff is friendly. We receive our glasses in a normal time. No complaints

Dr. Shackelford is amazing!! I have been a patient of his since 2018 and he and his staff have always offered exceptional service. He really cares about your vision and will NOT rush you through like other optometrists I’ve visited. They only care about numbers. He will take the time to ensure your glasses and contacts are the best that can be had. Absolutely recommend!!!!

Dr. Shackelford is very nice. Ordering glasses however, delay delay delay. 45 days later, still no glasses. When I call the Hernando office, no answer. Maybe change your vendor. Update: Lori reached out with a comparable resolution. So I've added a star. When I do get my glasses, maybe I can give y'all 5 stars.

Dr. Shackelford is the best. Been going to him since I was a teen. I’m 31 now. Leigh is exceptional at what she does. I love her so much. Always super helpful and always helps me pick out the cutest glasses. All the girls are great, but she stands out. Always have. Dr. Shackelford is blessed to have her!!!! She makes sure everyone is taken care of. Never rushes the patients after being seen and getting their glasses and contacts. Gives all options available. Helps you pick out what fits you best whether it’s contacts, colored contacts, or glasses. Give this woman a raise !!!! Because of these two I will always be a customer at this place…..
