Hernando Smiles

Yesterday was a very disappointing experience at Hernando Smiles. My husband had an appointment to have his teeth cleaned, and as he was leaving, the front desk informed him that he could not leave without paying a $60 bill that was supposedly connected to my account. This was confusing and frustrating because we each have our own dental insurance, and I am responsible for my own balance just as he is responsible for his. I called the office this morning before 11:00 a.m. to discuss the matter and was told I would receive a call back at 1:00 p.m., but unfortunately I have not yet heard from anyone. Emily is just so pleasant and positive! Love her and Dr. Smith. They fit me in for an emergency years ago, the same day! Very impressive!

I have been going to Hernando Smiles for 30+ years. Emily is my dental tech, she is the best, and Dr. Smith is very good. The office staff are friendly and very nice!!

The day I called they were able have me come in. I initially couldn’t find the office, they directed me and say someone would be standing outside. I definitely call that was pretty awesome. Amy assisted to Dr Smith was absolutely amazing she was kind , gentle and understanding. I will definitely e going back. Thank you Hernando Smiles.

Awesome experience! Very caring and very thoughtful. I would highly recommend them if you or looking for a dentist. I was in so much pain and didn't even have an appointment and they took me in right away.
