Seven Springs Spa

I have had 2 massages at 7 springs and they were both wonderful. I was massaged by Meg both times and she was great! The first massage she went a little softer because I wasn't sure how much pressure I wanted. It was very relaxing and I left feeling rejuvenated. The second massage, my husband and I went for a couples massage. My husband was with Sophie, who did an amazing job. It was his first massage and we had a great time. My second time with Meg I had her apply heavier pressure and she definitely delivered. She massaged a knot out of my shoulder that, I swear, has been there since the age I could conceptualize stress lol. Today was my first experience with this facility and I was scheduled for a 90 minute session with Meg, an apprentice. I knew going in that having an apprentice working on me would be a different experience than I am used to. Meg has several outstanding reviews listed on the company's Google listing and that was encouraging for me. It turns out that Meg is an amazing person and is extremely passionate about her work. She prioritized demonstrating an eagerness to learn, improve and ensure top level customer service throughout my session. I felt very comfortable and at ease with her and was able to provide feedback for her a couple of different times during my appointment. My first time getting a massage done by Meg, she was amazing! Comforting, professional, and knows what she is doing. Very nice and very good at her work! I was relaxed and felt so much better leaving than when I arrived. The best part was I never felt sore or hurt after the massage! I will keep going back to Meg.

I have now had massages from multiple apprentices and one of the licensed therapists here. All have been fantastic. The level of pressure has always been appropriate, and each has had a good level of communication for me. I will definitely keep coming back!
